Get your meetings on time, on track, on purpose

Putting the Plan into Action
This half-day session includes a facilitated discussion on the skills learned during the training, and team decision-making on how those skills will be applied to create a shared common process.
Those decisions will be recorded, and Priority Management will create a protocol document (A Playbook) that will be provided to the team as a reference guide to ensure sustainable behavioural change, maximizing productivity and efficiency, and as a handy onboarding tool for new team members. If this session is completed prior to the participants’ coaching sessions, we can coach to your custom Playbook to ensure consistency across the team.

Impact Survey - Results 2023
Over 2,500 companies and 32,500 individuals from around the world have completed our workshop effectiveness questionnaire since it was launched almost 15 years ago. In the last year more than 55 new companies and 343 individuals completed the questionnaire.
