Beth Robinson – Regional Manager
Starting with Priority Management in 2004, Beth has spent years learning across all areas of the business and is now relishing her new role as Regional Manager, continuing to do what she loves, working with the wonderful team and clients at Priority Management. Beth’s organisational skills, attention to detail, and customer service focus are some of the reasons she thrived in her role as Office Manager, coordinating our training and supporting the business development team. Her blend of skills, coupled with a compassionate nature and commitment to Priority Management's training ethos ("A Better Way To Work"), uniquely positions her to lead the Priority Perth team to continued success in the years ahead.
Richard Newton – Business Development Manager
Richard has always been that person who is the life of the party, and makes you feel welcome whenever he's around. He ran a successful business in Perth for several years so when the opportunity arose for Richard to join our team, the answer was a resounding “YES!”, and our business has not looked back since. Richard joined us as a business development manager, bringing new clients on board, and developing quality relationships with our existing customers. When you have the pleasure of speaking with Richard, you’ll quickly detect that he wasn’t born in Australia, and that he enjoys most sports including but not limited to golf, cricket, soccer (football), AFL, and rugby union.
Samuel Purba-Barnard – Business Development Manager
Samuel brings a fresh, analytical approach to our Perth team. Sam’s background is in marketing, having established his own successful digital marketing business in 2019. Outside of work, Sam has enjoyed taking his sporting pursuits to international competition level, and lives and breathes a balanced hybrid work life. He is a valuable member of our business development team, keeping everyone on their toes with his creative thinking, whilst developing solid relationships with his customers.
Jenine Buchanan-Hughes – Finance & Accounts
After many years working as a Research Scientist and Sales Specialist in the Science field, Jenine took on the role of Accounts and Bookkeeping for Priority Management Perth in 2010. Jenine diligently attends to our accounts and supporting the facilitation team with workshop administration. She enjoys a varied week and coordinates her part-time work with Priority Management in conjunction with her busy tennis schedule, domestic goddess duties, and co-building a balanced life with her husband, Andy.
Danielle Wroblewski – Senior Facilitator & Coach
A graduate herself of Priority's WorkingSm@rt programs, Danielle has been a Facilitator and Coach with Priority Management since 2005, and prior to this has 10 years’ experience in the busy Perth building industry. Danielle regularly facilitates workshops and coaches individuals on productivity, project planning, and Best-Practice email behaviours at some of WA’s leading businesses, including BHP, Chevron, Talison Lithium, and Rio Tinto. She has trained and coached over 3000 individuals across all levels and departments, in various locations around Western Australia and overseas. Danielle is currently utilising ALL her Priority skills to balance her work and family commitments, raising two daughters with her husband, and playing the oboe, flute and piccolo in the WA Symphonic Wind Ensemble.
Andrew Buchanan-Hughes
Regional Manager of Priority Management Perth from 2002 to June 2024, Andy has now begun semi-retirement life. He led the Perth team and organisation to exceptional growth through his strong network of strategic partnerships, friends, and mentors, to develop long-term relationships with individuals and organisations.
